Fun workshop where kids will decorate 3 jars they can use at home for interactive Journaling & storing their gratitude, worries, and affirmations. Teaching children three ways to practice self-care: being thankful (gratitude), managing uncomfortable feelings (worries), and using positive self-talk (affirmations). Filling these jars daily they will have a clearer idea of their goals, what makes them happy, and who they are.
Journaling has been used and encouraged for many years by mental health professionals as a way to express creativity, clear your mind and break free from negative self-talk and patterns. Journaling is a great way to clear your mind!
