Join us for a beginners level Teen meditation to balance emotions & hormones. As our children transition from children to teens they have a great amount of hormones rushing through their endocrine & nervous systems. Navigating this can be difficult and often results in anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and disconnection from others and themselves. Meditation can help teens find inner peace & calm through this transitional time. Providing them with tools they can carry into adulthood
️We will also be participating in a mindful craft where they will weave their own intentional dream catchers to offer them protection while they rest. ️
